We loved everything about Las Cabanas. The cabin itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for the holiday (including a fridge and a powerful hairdryer!) The breakfast is delicious and offers several options to satisfy every taste. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and the food is amazing! The public pool is literally 2 minutes walk and it is very clean. It never gets busy, we never saw more than 30 people in the premises actually. The indoors pool/spa is lovely too and you get to enjoy it privately as each cabin has an allocated slot booked in advance. But a special recognition goes to the staff, from the restaurant waiters, to the chef, to the cleaners... everyone was extremely helpful and never stop trying to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you all for being so amazing!!!!

Situated in Valencia de Don Juan, 43 km from San Marcos Convent, Hotel Villegas features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Small and classy hotel in a good location in Valencia de Don Juan. We parked on the street right outside the building. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Room was very nice, great bed and shower, the whole building was quiet and spotless. There's a communal fridge downstairs to keep your beer and wine supplies cool. Good value breakfast too. Pool is in the garden and is covered in a perspex dome and is very nice for a swim when things get too hot. We should have stayed longer, Castle is a good one and the Sidra house at the rear of the hotel is good fun.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and views of the mountain, La Casa Grande Del Valle is located in El Valle, 22 km from Ponferrada and in El Bierzo area. What an amazing place to stay. We discovered it completely by accident on the site ... The hostess and her partner are lovely. We sat by the pool taking on the views all afternoon then had some of the fabulous Mexican food they serve there. Motorcycle friendly - in fact we got some tips for the best ride of the trip. Highly recommended muchas Gracias
