Hotel Santiago is located in Hendaye, just 3 km from the beach, and offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant which is open for dinner. Free WiFi access is available. A very friendly welcome when we arrived. Our room was very spacious and clean and overlooked the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty set up in a light airy room. We reserved a table for our evening meal served in a different dining room with bar. We were really impressed with the food and would highly recommend eating at the hotel. This was probably my favourite hotel on our road trip. It offers excellent value for money and the location was perfect for catching the return train to San Sebastián, well worth a visit.

Offering a garden and river view, Erreka Txikia is set in Urrugne, 5.3 km from Saint Jean de Luz Train Station and 5.6 km from Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church. Convenient and beautiful location perfect for stopping on our way back from Spain. We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. As did our 2 dogs :-) Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We were able to walk our dogs straight from the door, round lovely streets and semi rural tracks with views of the mountains. There was a communal area where we could make tea and coffee and there was a fridge and microwave. We were invited to eat our own food there if we wished. Our room was dark and quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hosts went to extra trouble to provide a vegan breakfast for us which we really appreciated.

Located within 11 km of Baigorry Church and 40 km of Epherra Golf Course, Maison LAURENTZENIA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. This is a very tasteful renovation of old domestic and outbuildings. Many of the original features connect modern convenience to its original historic existence. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It is a great location to commence the Camino in the historical town of Saint Jean Pied de Pont.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gites Mendiburia features accommodation with pool with a view and free WiFi. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. We loved our stay here. The private patio and view over the nearby village was perfect. The room was great with a big bathroom. We LOVED the shared kitchen and living room. The breakfast was great and she's developed a great way to deliver the breakfast at 8 AM and all you need to do is make your beverage with a JURA coffeemaker! Brilliant!

Boasting garden views, Casa Baia Hendaye provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge, around 3.6 km from Hendaye Train Station. Natacha is the perfect host! Friendly, helpful and gives you great advice where to visit and eat etc. My room with the balcony had the best views of the port and ocean. Magnifique! Breakfast was lovely with a 'surprise' every day! Short walk to bus stop hop on hop off 5 minutes away for Hendaye. Loved it. Thanks Natacha 😊 💯🚵😎

Excellent hosts. Excellent facilities. Beautifully prepared food and wine. Perfect setting, although a little outside the town. Amazing pool and decking with stunning views. Accommodated our bikes no problem.
