My train was at 6AM and I had heavy bags and couldnt get a taxi at that time and host host very kindly gave a ride to the train station. Upon arrival they give you a city map and explain the easiest routes to get there which is helpful.

We were welcomed by Justine who showed us where we would breakfast as well as the beautiful lounge where we could make a tea or coffee. We had booked the Blue Room on the first floor which has a double aspect on the corner of the house. The bed was a super king and super comfortable. The rain shower was lovely as was the bathroom. The room has a desk and sofa which made it very comfortable. The toilet is separate- very handy. The Chateau is very quiet, we heard no noise from other rooms, so we slept very well. Breakfast was typically French with fresh baguette, pastries, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, eggs if you wanted and great coffee. A wonderful place which we highly recommend.
