This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

It’s a very nice hotel. Room was clean, spacious, it had kitchen and all the necessary things. Staff was very helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier and check out later which is very convenient for clothes change if you come to ski for 2 days staying 1 night. It is also very close to the ski lift, just several mins to walk. Decent breakfast and free small spa are included.

But there is no supermarkets, small local shops. You need to go to the highway, it was hard with our baby, but, You can easily get a taxi from Yandex Taxi app. Anyway, this is really good place very near to the Batumi Botanical Garden. I highly recommend this place to stay and Enjoy.

Facing the seafront, KENT hotel & Restaurant KENT beach is a guest house featuring a 4-star accommodation in Kobuleti. It has a private beach area, infinity pool and private parking. Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

Nika Hotel and Club in Chʼanchʼkhalo provides adults-only accommodation with a rooftop pool and a garden. A hot tub is available for guests. Nika Hotel and Club exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating ( specially VICTORIA ) the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The club was a great spot to unwind after a long day. It was an excellent apart-hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room for three guests. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous, cheerful, and welcoming. Breakfast was simple and homemade, the atmosphere calm and friendly, and the room impeccably clean. We sincerely appreciate your warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.

Situated 400 metres from Batumi Beach, Premium apartments - the star of Batumi Palace offers a private beach area, a casino and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Everything was great to be fair. Easy check-in, check-out. Good interior and exterior, location, everything was just right. Apartment is cozy, with magnificent view, everything what needed is there and one more - extremely comfy bed. Also there is complimentary bottle of wine, which was so much needed once we arrived.
