Location a little weird, down a narrow alley not accessible by car but only 2 mins walk max from the main road. Can walk to Malioboro in about 10 or 15 mins. Room was great, nice bathroom and comfy bed.

To add it is beside the mall so you have an easy access to foods. It also a offer a great view of the city.
