Upon arrival at the hotel, everything was amazing. We were greeted with a cold towel and lovely fresh drink. We were then taken to our (upgraded!) room and offered a tour of the hotel grounds to get the lay of the land. The buildings and facilities are absolutely gorgeous and unique. Upon completion of the tour, we sat down for the included afternoon tea service at Babah Koffie which was so much more than I was expecting - it was almost like a meal! We had dinner at the other restaurant in the hotel, Jajaghu Restaurant. The green prawn curry and butter chicken curry dishes were wonderful! Breakfast the next morning was included and was also amazing. The coffee was to die for and we purchased some bags of coffee beans from their shop to take home. They allowed us a late check out and we also booked 30 minute massages for each of us, which were much more extensive than I was expecting. The back/neck massage was perfect before our long evening flight home. Wish we had booked a longer stay here!

A small oasis in the middle of a bustling city, where you feel completely comfortable. We felt very cozy, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The location is excellent, conveniently located for getting to attractions and the train station by taxi or on foot. Communication with the manager was excellent! I also want to mention the local residents who live nearby – they are the most wonderful and sincere people. Their kindness radiates, putting you in a great mood all day long.

Nagtatampok ang Blue Garden Boutique Hotel ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, hardin, at bar sa Jepara. Bawat accommodation sa 4-star hotel ay mayroong mga tanawin ng hardin at libreng WiFi. Souper nice garden with a big pool. Everything is really well maintained and it‘s pretty to look at. Rooms were also pretty big and clean. Nice staff!

First..The owner of the property were quick comes to response..the procedures from the beginning..check-in till check-out..all details are clearly explained..About cleanliness..The property is very well kept..everything was fine..from the door steps till its balcony..well decorated with simple design..i expect nothing more than that..facilities,room ambient..etc..100%✅

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and truly professional. They turned a minor communication issue into a genuine luxury experience for us. I greatly appreciated their courtesy, thoughtful gestures, and attention to detail. The suite was luxurious, peaceful, and offered a breathtaking view. My sincere thanks to everyone, especially the Pan Pacific Club team.

The location is more than perfect. Close to Borobudur temple. The temple is about a 15-minute bike ride from the villa. They have push bikes that can be used for free by the guests. The villa is also about 15 minutes walk from the traditional market. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel, which was fantastic.
