Ibu Cantika & Ibu Ida & Ibu Puspa - other more amazing staff in Kids club- daily awesome programs & super actively engaged with all the kids in the playground. And the bed linen quality was superior! And swimming pools were amazing to relaxed. Steakmith? Backstage - both food & serivce were awesome! We definately will come back to stay for next trip to Bali!!

The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the incredible effort the team put in when I lost a very valuable item. They went out of their way to locate it and even arranged a courier to deliver it to my next hotel, which was truly outstanding service.
