Our host Nanjo was so lovely and gave us hiking maps and drove us to the start of hikes and upgraded our room. Service was amazing- like nothing I have ever experienced before. The indoor / outdoor onsen was a treat and the whole experience was wonderful

What an amazing place the rooms where big the indoor outdoor onsen where magical right across the street from the lifts all the facilities where perfect the staff where the most hospitable we have experienced on our trip will be back here every year their is no better place to stay in hakuba! Thanks to all the staff.

We stayed here 10 years ago and came back cause Sierra is a well run resort with nice rooms, helpful staff and we love the indoor and outdoor onsen experience.

The hotel was perfect for an amazing holiday. Great rooms, ski shuttles stopping right in front of the main entrance, magical surroundings, lovely indoor/outdoor onsen. We will be back.

This hotel is much better than the photos shown in booking.com, especially the onsen, the photos shown in booking.com needed to be updated, to show the nice and clean onsen. The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel, is the best Japanese meals my family ever had, It's very delicious and fresh, we enjoyed and finished everything in our plates. The onsen is not big but very nice, it has 2 onsen - one outdoor and one indoor, both are very warm and fantastic feel, especially after ski.

Dinner. The Japanese dinner is good quality and value for money. Onsen. Onsite onsen with outdoor pool is very nice. Location. It is just a few minutes walk to Goryu Escal Plaza for the lift. However this is not a ski-in/ski-out hotel.

Yuki and the rest of the team are so helpful and accommodating. They were the best to made us feel so welcomed ❤️ Though, there was abit of a hike up if you’re walking to the hotel, but the view was amazing and there were snow monkeys nearby too! Breakfast was amazing and the property were so beautiful. The hotel has really nice outdoor bath and indoor bath, as well as private bath too for additional charges. Love their idea in providing free points(exchange with some items) for not requesting to make up our rooms! Would love to be back again!

Rooms are western style with normal beds and adjustable heating, comfy and quiet. Location is good, close to ski lifts and just 5 min walk to restaurants. Onsen has both indoor and outdoor pools and even a jacuzzi like small pool with jets. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of both japanese and western style food, quality quite ok. Staff speaks good english and was responsive.
