Nice outlook looking over a marina. Had a nice resort feel to it. And the staff were super nice & helpful.

As a European, I love it. I was worried it might be tacky, cheap, kitsch and so on, but it's just a really lovely and stylish slice of Mediterranean. Grounds and facilities were impeccable thanks to recent renovations. Great food, great public bath, great staff. The breakfast was a delight. It's just about within walking distance of the Yokoyama trail area if you're up for a bit of hiking.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Todaya is located in Toba. The property is a 3-minute walk from JR Toba station and is a convenient location from where to tour Ise-Shima.

The hotel is nice, clean, with a discreet architectural signature from the 60s, smart design. The outside onsen is gorgeous. My room was large, pleasant, comfortable. Every little detail to feel well was there : katana, tea, fresh water. The view on the bay and the location, in the forest, are fantastic. And I have appreciate it is like a hidden spot, and so close to the city.

Renovated in 2016, Shima Kanko Hotel The Classic was the venue for G7 Ise-Shima Summit 2016. The hotel is located in Ise-Shima National Park and overlooks Ago Bay on the renowned Rias coast.
