The chef explained each course , also the manager took me on a day trip to Narai-juku which was so good . This experience is like staying in some one’s home. The hospitality was very good and much appreciated by myself as an older person travelling alone.

The beds were very comfortable and contributed to a quality sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Japanese and Western options - each of us found exactly what suited our taste. The quality of the food was high and the selection was extensive. While the hotel's style is somewhat dated, that's actually part of its charm. Most importantly - everything is maintained to an excellent standard and feels clean and well-kept. The staff was simply wonderful - attentive, considerate, and always ready to help with a smile. We would definitely return and highly recommend!
