I really loved the smell when I first entered my room and I was able to check in at 10am which is nice. Pool is large and water is perfect temperature, staff also carried all of my bags all the way to the pier which is a lifesaver because there are no roads it’s just sand everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds to use so you never have to fight for one and wifi works well.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded upon arrival, which made our experience even more special. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive to our last-minute requests – whether it was arranging a night outing to see the bioluminescent plankton or organizing an excursion to specific beaches, everything was handled smoothly and with a smile. The resort is beautifully located on a peaceful, paradisiacal beach, and offers a range of activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and a lovely pool. The breakfast was excellent – so good we even went back for seconds! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we return to Koh Rong. Highly recommended!

Golden Beach Resort está a 2 minutos a pé de Sok San Beach e oferece uma piscina ao ar livre, uma academia e acomodações com ar-condicionado, terraço e Wi-Fi grátis. I booked a wrong room by mistake. We were at Golden beach 1 year ago and we had a great time at room with mountain view. Now I booked with garden view. Inside it is the same room but you actually look at the wall. Behind the wall is the toilet and a lot of guests and staffs walks by. Otherwise it was a marvelous stay. The staff is very nice. When I asked for 2 more chairs and the sunshed since the patio of the room faces the south, we got it in 10 minutes. Food at the restaurant is good, we ate there every meal. Beach and sea are supper clean. Kids love the variety of breakfast, table tennis on the beach. Location of resort is in quite village with school, some shops, bars…

The staff was absolutely lovely and helped us take care of our stay before we even got there. They took care of every need and helped us plan all activities. The happy hour at the resort was great too! Special thanks to Lily who coordinated with us before we arrived and help us arrange everything.

I loved the architecture of the place. Wooden buildings with beautiful carvings. Old style tiling give the whole place a stopped-in-time vibe. Pontoons go through the mangrove up to the river where chairs and table wait for you. Great swimming pool. Staff provided us with pool towels on request. We were even granted earlier checkin without extra cost. The place is quiet because off the main road. Great breakfast and the lady owner is adorable.
