Well located in Kandy, Villa Olde Ceylon is a recently renovated guest house, which provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. It’s a superb, family-owned place—beautifully decorated with great taste and lots of charm, yet wonderfully quiet. The pool is a big plus, and the hosts were genuinely warm and kind throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the location is ideal: about a 15-minute walk to Kandy’s busy center for temples, culture, and all the buzz. Truly one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip.

Staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the outdoor shower with indoor bathroom. Room had ac. Bathroom had hot water. Towels were supplied and clean. Sheets smelled nice and fresh. It was my sister birthday and they prepared a complimentary small cute cake with few balloons. It was nice. They offered inroom breakfast but we had it in restaurant to avoid bugs and ants.

The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.
