They made us feel welcome in that serene and genuine Sri Lanka way. Charuka patiently help get us settled in with all we needed when we were all flustered at reception and demanding of pillows and all kinds of things. Mahesh told us about Sri Lankan Buddhist wisdom as he walked us to the laundry and Spa. Sathsara regaled us with photos of him of the elephant at the Buddhist procession. he also gave us great recommendations for sites to see with enthusiasm.

From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

The staff were incredibly polite, energetic, and kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Beyond the spectacular scenery and outstanding hospitality, we created some of the most beautiful family memories here. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the warmth of the people, made this a truly unforgettable getaway.
