I really liked the welcome they give u, all staff properly trained on guest care, as I arrived Kavisha was very welcoming and throughout my stay she was inquiring n getting feedbacks plus the new wing rooms were super luxurious and has the vibe of a modern hotel! Food was excellent as well!

They are happy to help you with everything and always have a smile on their face. If we were to stay again near Kandy, I would never choose any other accommodation than Kandy Bird Villas. The peaceful location and beautiful views from the villa were absolutely amazing. We loved waking up to the scenic mountain views and the fresh air. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities. The staff was courteous and always available for help. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

It sits on the top of a hill, It’s clean, has a double height common area, with a small bridge for one of the rooms. There are multiple antiques and items that make the place aesthetically pleasing. The views from our rooms were just mesmerising. Everything is clean and top notch. The breakfast is amazing - a good number of choices and amazing taste. We had our dinner here itself since it was really good. We rented their scooty and it’s in a very good condition. Overall, we are really happy they opened their house to us.
