As soon as we entered we were greeted by wonderful staff. Mieczysław helped us with everything and gave us a quick tour. The rooms were very clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, just near the beautiful walking path near the river and couple minutes by walk to the centrum. Spa Center was amazing. We booked 2 massages which were exceptional experience. My wife also got a facial. Diana did my wife’s Hydra Facial and it was amazing. She was really skilled and went through the whole process with my wife and my wife is extremely happy with her service.

We even received a few complimentary treatments for a birthday, which was such a pleasant surprise. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the breakfast we received exceptional service that we truly didn’t expect, and we were absolutely delighted. The food was incredibly delicious, everything fresh, and the staff were extremely kind you don’t encounter such hospitality everywhere. Since we have something to compare it to, we can honestly say that the staff here are just as friendly as in Druskininkai Aquapark, so we had absolutely no complaints which will definitely make us come back again. The price to quality ratio is 200% worth it! As for the spa and sauna area I have no words, I haven’t found anything better anywhere in Europe. The sauna experience is simply wow. Overall, our stay was full of great impressions, with plenty of activities we didn’t even manage to see everything in the park itself. In short, I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be coming back again!
