All the staff at the hotel were exceptional especially Jorge and Daniela. The property is extremely well maintained. The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

A brand new, beautiful hotel, near to Chichen Itza. The staff were incredible, friendly, helpful and attentive. The whole place is landscaped and designed really well. The rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable with a tv and fridge. The food was delicious, including Mayan cuisine and some other options like salads and pasta. The portions were all very large. It’s close to chichen itza and they will take you there in a minibus for a small fee. I loved watching all the brightly coloured birds who were nesting in the trees nearby. We really couldn’t fault it.

Hotel Boutique Kiin Wayeb is located in Valladolid and features a garden and a terrace. I loved sitting on the balcony. I asked to be on a top floor & they approved my request. The room was beautiful, clean, nice bathroom. Very friendly staff that recommended the restaurant there, it was pouring rain all night, so we ate there. The mac n cheese was delicious!! This place gives 100% good service was so delicious!! When I return, I will stay here again. Very comfortable, quiet, safe. It was a good location, close to bus station, but I took a taxi due to the rainstorm.

Attractively set in Mérida, Kuka y Milpa features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Guests staying at this bed and breakfast have access to a patio. The best place where we stayed in our 2 weeks trip. Very comfy and large room well decorated and equipped. Friendly staff and very good breakfast 🥞 ! I would definitely come back there if back to Merida.

In a prime location in Mérida, Casa Continental Hotel Boutique & Suites - Adults Only offers a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything. Nothing to dislike. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Location was great. Near food, bars, lounges, gas station. Great for people watching. Our room was number 8 by the pool.
