Offering affordable tickets to an indoor water park and spa/wellness centre, Hotell Fritidsparken is located in Skien Leisure Park, 3 km from central Skien. The hotel was located right outside town so it was easy to get to town and not be in the middle of the city. I loved the fact it was close to beautiful trails so you could go for a walk. It was close to all the facilities from the pools, skate rink and rope climbing areas. Great property! Also I really enjoyed the fact that we received both breakfast and dinner, very good food.

Located 180 km from Oslo, 440 km from Gothenburg, in the heart of Telemark you will find Gausta at 1000 m altitude above Rjukan and Vestfjorddalen. The best hotel i´ve ever stayed in. Very cosy. We had a great dining experience at the restaturant. Very large balcony with a beatiful view. We also rented a sauna on the lake. I recommend!

This 5th generation family-run hotel dates back to 1864. Located by Lake Nisser in Vrådal, it offers vintage boat cruises and free access to a sauna and indoor pool. Very kind and friendly staff. They made sure that I was able to get dinner at the restaurant before it closed, which I was most grateful for. This hotel was an oasis after hiking all day!
