Perfectly clean, very good location /near the main road/, enough parking spaces. The rooms are equipped in very modern manner - with good smart solutions and a cozy atmosphere. Еxtremely clean and with all necessary amenities. And for the staff - extremely kind hearted employees. Specially many many thanks to the lady who welcomed us - very kind and responsive, as well to the gentleman who was on duty when we checked out. The city is about 30 min. walk away. I highly recommend!

This is probably the most welcome we have felt at any hotel we've stayed at. From the moment we arrived we knew straight away that we would love this place and by the time we left we felt like family. The check-in far exceeded our expectations. Goga is an absolute angel and she was super engaged, friendly and happy. She gave us a tour of the entire place (surely something from a fairytale?) and explained everything brilliantly. She told us how we could book the spa, what time breakfast was and lots of information about the place. Then she showed us to our room (the best room, as she said!) and we were absolutely blown away. From this point we were absolutely in awe of the facility, the surroundings and the relaxed vibe of the place. Each interaction with staff members left us further impressed to the point that we know we have to come back and stay. On the second day, we booked the spa, and because it was quiet we had it to ourselves for 2 hours, with free use of the pool, sauna, and steam room completely for us. The spa is serene and was the perfect temperature. The pool isn't big but gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The sauna and steam rooms worked perfectly, they were the right temperature and were very relaxing. On the first evening, we opted for the wine flight and we were served by the fantastic Vukasin who honestly went above and beyond at every opportunity to make us feel so welcome and appreciated. It came to the point where we were looking forward to coming back to the hotel each day to chat with him! He explained everything about the wines in perfect English and made sure that we were looked after throughout the tasting and beyond. There was also a girl who served us on both days we attended the restaurant who had only worked there 2 days. Her English was absolutely faultless and she was always so friendly and smiling whenever we saw her. Just another member of staff who made the Helvecija experience unforgettable.

Apresentando um jardim, um terraço e um bar, Casa Marica localiza-se em Băile Herculane, a 34 km de Iron Gate I. very good breakfast, thermal water pool was amazing especially after 6h driving! our host expected us even if our arrival was delayed compared to the announced hour. we would like to come back!
