The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were so clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful.. especially the woman who checked us in.

This room was perfect for a couple with 2 teenage kids. it was spacious and the view was amazing. In less than a 10 minute walk we reached the Niagara falls.

The location is much calmer and more local than the tourist areas and traps. It was in an area that was surrounded by local stores and restaurants without the hordes of crowds and tourist prices. The staff was warm and welcoming. Just front office, although they are professional, they just need to inject some warmth and wel one in their demeanor.

Just 1 block from Niagara Falls and the heart of the entertainment district, this hotel offers an indoor and outdoor pool. The Keg Steakhouse & Bar is located on site. Clean, comfortable stay and the location itself.

The staff was very helpful. We requested a room change and we wanted a better facility and they were very helpful with it.

The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around without any hassle. The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

Ubicato in una posizione ideale a Niagara Falls, in Ontario, e a pochi passi dalle famose cascate, questo hotel offre svariati servizi moderni, la colazione gratuita ogni giorno e il WiFi senza costi... It was really nice hotel to stay in Niagara. The staff, location, price all is fine with comparing other hotels. I stayed here with my little baby and wife. We visited around by walking. I highly recommend this place.
