The Italian receptionist who was also there on my 2 previous visits was excellent, very helpful and polite. The location is perfect. I have been staying at the Ramada in Loughborough for the past 15 years the location is excellent but your competition are starting to overmatch you in value for money.
This hotel is budget with a capital B!
It is very run down - curtains are fraying and net curtains almost black - it needs a major renovation!
Although classes as 3stars I wouldn't rate it higher than 1 star!
This really let's the Ramada Hotel chain name down.
Thank goodness we only needed to sleep there.

Everything about the hotel Ramada the first room was disgusting not fit for a pig they upgraded us to another room better but they obviously don't employ proper cleaners the front desk did all they could and were nice shame they had to work under those circumstances
Nothing , this was the premier hotel of Loughborough when it was called the kings head. Since this hotel has been franchised by Ramada I cannot understand why the current franchisees have been allowed to run the hotel into the ground. I will now think twice about staying at a Ramada whether it be the UK or the USA
The Ramada I found was off centre of Loughborough which was great as it is just five minutes from the town centre. However for me I wanted a location which was walking distance to the Great Central Railway and the hotel ticked all the right boxes for me.
