Everything was perfect: the room, the beach and pools, the restautants and bar, the territory. The hotel operates in harmony with nature. We feel relaxed and comfortable there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and delicious. To my mind the hotel is one of the best in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is my favourite hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Lovely grounds, comfortable room with all the expected facilities, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, all nice and fresh, and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. And lots of car parking spaces, even at the weekend.

Citymax hotel Ras Al Khaimah is nice decent place to stay in the city center. The staff are very polite and cooperative. The reception manager, Mr. Sameh, is very suuportive and ensures that every client is satisfied.

I really like the staff, they were so kind and had a great service. they gave us free upgrade. there was no problem with wifi and the bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff is excellent, certainly Natasha (may be spelling this wrong), but also others. If there are any issues, they take ownership and resolve. The guest washing machines and dryers are a great amenity.

We’ve booked a delux chalet for couple of days but ended up wanting to extend our stay even further. There’s so much to do and experience. All inclusive offer is fantastic, the food never runs out, multiple bars dotted around the facility to enjoy free drinks. Staff are extra courteous and pour their heart and soul in their service, especial thanks to hannan , Salman, and bhandaya at the beach bar I lost my chest pouch with passport and foreign currency, and but the staff still found it and returned it back to me with nothing missing. Jet ski experience was fun, when I told the staff about it being my first time driving a jet ski, they give me a full overview and parked a rescue team in the sea just in case. Entertainment aspect is also good, if you’re into partying and dancing, this place will suffice. Best experience in UAE so far

Big and beautiful hotel! You have everything inside! Wide beach, beach bars, my fav one is Solo bar. it’s nice to come for the sunset and drink some cocktail, listen lounge music. I loved our room with sea view, it was absolutely gorgeous! We loved the food on the all inclusive board! Especially breakfast!

The cove Rotana was such a beautiful experience every single staff member was so kind and polite made our stay very pleasant. Anything we needed the staff at Rotana was exceptional. From the buggie drivers to the waiters at each restaurant. Every staff member at Rotana was great

Right from checkin to hassle free checkout, every phase of hotelier commitments during booking is expedited in an excellent " customer delight" mode. And Nrw celebration night with music, dance & food is mind blowing. Can say in routine that room is good, breakfast is good, hygiene is good, all toilettries provided etc are tip of iceberg of this property but ultimate satisfaction during over night stay expirinced by me. In a month or so my family us coming and this property is my final destination to book couple of rooms. Thanks to " booking.com", to suggest this , such a nice place!

Hotel was awesome! We were staying with family, 2 grandmother and me with my 6 years old child. All of us were happy. The pool is Exellent, clean, and different sizes, for adults and kids. For breakfast was big options of food In the bufet. Food was delicious. All the staff, including reseption, Bell boy, houskeeping, restaurant, life guards, maintanence team were very friendly and professionals. Thank you for the management, That they are doing great job to ensure high class facility.
