- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 92 reviewsThe location and landscape is elegant. You get the view of the Caribbean sea from all the rooms. The Club offers a variety of options for food and beverages. You have a spa, tennis court, gym, private beach, swimming pool, a bunch of activities (Pink Panther ride, Calypso Cat snorkeling ride), coffee shops and 7 restaurants (Continental. Assorted, Beach Grill, Buffet) - most of them on a beach front. The club is like a gated community providing safety and security. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping is provided every alternate day. I was not aware of the airport pickup/drop and ended up with a rental car from airport. However, the resort has its own rental car service which can be opted at economical rates. The location is strategic and you can reach any point at Antigua within 30 mins.Guest review byBibhash DasIndia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 86 reviewsThis is a beautiful hotel and it’s well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. We booked on a bed & breakfast basis so only ate at the on-site restaurants a couple of times. The food was ok but we had better at restaurants not far from the hotel. Nothing is close enough to walk to but taxis’ are easily arranged. There are plenty of places to relax during the day and plenty of beach towels and sun-beds available in multiple locations. The beach isn’t huge but it’s very clean. Everyone working here goes out of their way to make sure you have a good stay and a special thank you to Nicole who got us organised with reservations and trips. She is exceptional.Guest review byAngelaUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 322 reviews- Valley Church Beach is great. It is secluded, very clean, and has nice views - The staff people are all amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly and works hard to make your stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond organizing a trip to Stingray City for us on very short notice - The food is delicious. Especially at dinners, where the menu is rotating daily. The only weak spot was desserts as many of them weren't that good - When visiting Antigua definitely recommend Stingray City experience and "Bernie's Snorkeling Antigua W.I" for snorkellingGuest review byDmitrii MakarenkoUnited Kingdom

Our stay was beautiful.Guest review byJohnMexico
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 25 reviewsThe views of the beach, the beach itself, the room, the coffee shop, the pool, and especially the little turtle sanctuary were incredible. The most impressive part to me was the food. Dinner felt as if we were fine dining with 4 - 5 star chef quality food. The other wonderful part of the stay was the customer service-everyone was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. We will be back!Guest review byMichelleUnited States

I love the Ocean view from my room, love the Oxstail dinner...
I love the Ocean view from my room, love the Oxstail dinner from the Jamaican restaurant, love the Pool, and love how a couple of the staff was so wonderful and caring towards the guest. One staff stood out, Jenin, she really made our trip to not be a total lost. The excursion was nice, Flava was very knowledgeable and the lunch prepared was great. I love my housekeeper, she really did a great job in keeping the room clean. My bed Sheets had stains when I got there, the Curtains to the Balcony had blood stains on it, the housekeeper, Yeraldan changes the sheets before I could ask her to. That was on point. I do not like how most of the Hotel staff was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, they needed some training on how to talk to and care for your guest. I do not like how you were assigned a Butler but did not get the help you requested from your Butler, not one visit to the room, it sounds nice but there were not one there for you. We got a pre written WhatsApp's message, once in the morning and one at night. I did not like the quality of the food, not good at all and not enough variety, did not like that they ran out of beach towels around 5:30 pm when I wanted to go to the beach. Even thought the Birds are wonderful to see, I definitely did not like the Birds flying and landing on the Table while you eat your meal trying to get them something to eat, also they landed on the utensils before guest comes in to eat. Not good at all. Overall, I could have made the food work, and everything else, but the behavior of the staff was unbelievable and unacceptable. Never again and if your Hotel does not train your staff, you could loose out on guest coming to your property.Guest review byAngelaUnited States - 2.0

AVOID BOOKING THIS RESORT, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% REGRET IT!!!! I REPEAT AVOID BOOKING THIS RESORT, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% REGRET IT!!!! I REPEAT AVOID BOOKING THIS RESORT, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% REGRET IT!!! I REPEAT AVOID BOOKING THIS RESORT, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% REGRET IT!!! I would not recommend this resort to anybody please avoid at all cost! Breakfast lunch and dinner was absolutely disgusting. I had diarrhea the whole time I was there. The only time I ate food is when I left the resort. My room had a disgusting smell of mildew and mold. Apparently, the floor that I was staying on there was a several leaks throughout the ceiling on that floor. MOLD ON THE CEILINGS IN THE HALLWAYS! The air conditioner in the room kept shutting off every 10 minutes, so I pretty much slept in the Caribbean heat. I’m so disappointed. I try to get a partial refund, but they did not allow that to happen. I REPEAT AVOID BOOKING THIS RESORT, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% REGRET IT!!!Guest review bySaricaUnited States - 8.0
The pillows were to hard.
The pillows were to hard. There should be a coffee pot in the room. The toilet in my room was very uncomfortable. Floor drainage in hall was very poor. The meals were great. The staff was very friendly,A+Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 10.0

The place is quiet and nice. Huge room and great host. Perfect for few days to explore the north. All clean and big kitchen with a big fridge. Easy for making some meals and keeping your drinks cold :) Is not far from Dickenson bay and it’s possible to enjoy the sunset there 🥰Guest review byRossanaNorway - 10.0
Excellent location with great sunbathing swimming options.
Excellent location with great sunbathing swimming options. You can watch the pelicans swooping and diving all day. Super chalets with very comfy beds. Plunge pool a lovely option for a refreshing dip. Wonderful staff and lovely dining. Food options varied and catered to all needs. I really had no complaints - it’s fantastic value for money.Guest review byCharlotteUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Super!
Super! We stayed in the heart of the historic Nelson’s Dockyard, really interesting, lovely old buildings, surrounded by the sea and yachts. We walked to Pigeon Point beach and spent the day at Cathrine’s cafe. We hired sunbeds and had drinks and lunch. Food excellent. We ate dinner at the Admiral’s Inn on a waterside table which was lovely. Food and service very good in beautiful surroundings. We did the Shirley Heights Sunday party, which was initially a bit overwhelming, crowded, noisy and smoky with huge queues for food and drink, but once we got the measure of it, had a great time. The sunset and view was amazing, the band were excellent and when we eventually got food (late after the crowds) it was good.Guest review byTeresaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The scenery is stunning, and everything inside is new & fully renovated. It’s tucked away up a very steep hill, which makes for incredible views and a real sense of privacy. As a single female traveler, i felt safe. The host met me to show me how to get in and she was very nice! The perfect place to unwind, connect with nature, and take it all in. Highly recommended. Everything was as described in the listing!Guest review byJasmineUnited States - 10.0

The harbour is in a very beautiful position . very yachty and probably more of interest to people who love to see boats or who are joining a boat or on a boat. There is a nice beach Jolly Beach close by. THere is a well stocked supermarket but be warned Antigua prices are more expensive than either British or American prices as the island has to import almost everything. There is a new reosrt being built by Jolly Harbour and I believe the mall is going to be rebuilt too. Lots of nice restaurants in the locality. There is also a local bus service to St John's and it's easy to get a taxiGuest review byjasmine claydenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I went to Antigua for the carnival season. The house is in the perfect place for you to just walk to town. If you are driving it is no more than a five minute drive. Such a great location making everything so accessible.Guest review byHelénaUnited Kingdom - 6.0
I didn't enjoy our trip to St John's.
I didn't enjoy our trip to St John's. There is nothing to do or see and everything is ridiculously expensive. Asked for a Caribbean restaurant and was told to go to "Hemingway's" and the offer was of burgers and salads, so never got to taste anything really local or typical. Were asked if we wanted a taxi every 2 minutes but people were very nice. Basically the town is built for folks who arrive on the big cruise ships to spend money for a few hours but no characterGuest review byDulceIreland
