- From $372 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 1,157 reviewsFirst and foremost this place is a hidden gem. The lobby area needs upgrading it will disappoint you at first. I wasn’t too impressed when I arrived. Actually was ready to book somewhere else. However, it was super bowl night and I knew I wouldn’t find anything right away. So we stayed. And I’m so glad we did! Once we got pass the lobby situation and headed to our room it was like paradise! We had the Junior Suite swim up room. Amazing! The property is great! The beach and the staff. We had a conceiage named Fabian. He was magnificent! He’s what made our stay amazing! Not to mention we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We did not have to want for anything! If you can get pass the lobby! Don’t let it discourage you. I promise you it will be good!Guest review bySimon & ChevalUnited States
- From $286.45 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 526 reviewsExcellent resort, very big and spacious you never feel crowded, the resort was full and you don't notice. Extremely clean, the staff is always checking and making sure everything is perfect. Love it. They have 2 restaurants and both are very good, the menu is very tasty and there are plenty of options. They offer water sports like kayaks and short trips to Gilligan's Isle which is a lot of fun. If you are into scuba diving, they also offer good services, unfortunately I am not a diver and I didn't want to take any changes, but I hear fantastic things about it. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. If you have children, this is your place.Guest review byBlancoveroArgentina
- From $165.36 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 2,031 reviewsI had a fantastic short stay at Karibea Saint Luce Hotel. Everything about the experience was enjoyable—from the warm hospitality to the excellent accommodations. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect space to relax. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that truly enhanced the experience. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future! .Guest review byRajdularieTrinidad and Tobago
- From $636.91 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 670 reviewsHonestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.Guest review bynuhaCanada

A vibrant town that parties til late.
A vibrant town that parties til late. Lots of shops and restaurants. 3 days was the right amount of time. Prices can be high in shops and restaurants as it’s a popular cruise stop. Everyone is hustling selling stuff inc raps! But just be sensible and you should enjoy your time. Free walking tour was great and got to see more than just the old town with guide Legacy from n experience via guru walks.Guest review byClaireUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Mid-September and the weather was unbelievably awful. 100 degrees and 98% humidity. I definitely came at the wrong time of the year. This place is party central; if you're not a partier, I'd suggest staying someplace closer to what you enjoy; if you're a diver, I'd suggest Puerto Vallarta. If you're into archeology, I'd suggest Playa del Carmen. But if you're a newlywed and only into partying and booze, this is your place.Guest review byJenniferUnited States - 6.0
I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice.
I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice. The rest of the town is just a run down beach town geared for tourists. Poorly planned and even more poorly maintained. It's pretty much a smaller, dirtier version of Jacksonville, Florida.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 6.0

Our time in Santa Marta/Rodadero/Minca was nice, although we did not get the full experience of "where the mountain meet the sea" that we were expecting. We did not take a day trip to the national park because yellow fever vaccinations were required for entry. The beaches in the area are okay, though not outstanding. I'm glad we went and got to know the area, but I'd not especially recommend it.Guest review byRossUnited States - 10.0

We love this hotel. Just a short walk to a fantastic beach. They let us borrow two folding beach chairs and they supply beach towels. We stayed in Apartment #7. It was quite large, amply cooking supplies in the kitchen, clean and comfortable. We will return.Guest review byJonathanUnited States - 10.0

What I really liked about Barranquilla was that I thought it was Colombias best kept secret. It’s developing a lot more and has a lot of partying which I’m not into. I really liked the boardwalk where the Shakira and Sofia Vergara statues are. The people seem very friendly. The Buenavista mall was fun and a must. Overall great city and great people. Definitely worth the visit.Guest review byPatrickUnited States - 10.0

The colonial Zone of Santo Domingo is stunning, with a lot of Museums, A beautiful Cathedral, a very active nightlife, cafes, restaurants a so much. Perfect for walking and relaxing, very Bohemian vibe. Recomendations: Mosquito bar, La casa del ron with a stunning view of the Cathedral and Sabina with a very bohemian style. If you want a more modern vibe then stay in the Piantini district, With a lot of modern bars, restaurants like Sarah and a lot roof top around the city. and a very cosmopolitan vibe, however, be aware that the traffic is chaotic and stressful during peak hours. If you visit Santo Domingo please go to the beach, Close by Bocha Chica, A little bit far away but worth it is La Romana and Punta Cana.Guest review byAnyerNetherlands - 2.0

As a family with tweens we did not enjoy Tulum & will not be back. The kids were not allowed many places/ restaurants. Algea covered the beach (it was july), the restaurants were priced higher than where we live but the quality of the food was poor. If you are a family I would skip and go elsewhere. The cenotes in the reason are awesome!Guest review byCaralynUnited States - 10.0

You should accept the typically Carribean circumstances ( reggea, little shabby, motorbikes) and you will have a lovely stay there. Everything is within walking distance but you can rent a buggy or bike to go around. There are colourful festivals like the Emancipation Day or the August 7 Carneval in San Luis. Do not miss the Aquarium and Johnny Cay! The best beaches are in San Luis.Guest review byErikaHungary - 6.0
