- From $308.43 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,884 reviewsI am a fan of Falkensteiner Funimation! Aquí hablan excelente español (Doria), inglés (Mario) y me imagino que muchos otros idiomas. Me and my family always feel at home here and have been coming back every year at least once❣️ Firstly, excellent location and spacious and safe parking space, welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, great food options and amenities, right in front of the beach! 🏖️🍹🍸 I love your flip-flops, every time I go, a pair of typical white and blue flip-flops 🩴awaits for me in the room! So comfortable to wear for dinner, breakfast or to go to the beach! I usually wear them when I go back from my trip until they are destroyed completely from wearing, and many times I have been asked about them! What is Falkensteiner, they look nice, love the colors 💙🫶 This time around, No flip-flops in the room 🥺 so I went to the reception desk to inquire about them. I was so lucky that Doria&Mario were at the desk, they arranged for the flip-flops to be delivered to our room which made me very happy (i got a 38-40 size, i am 42, so this time I wasn’t able to wear them, tried to change them the next day, Doria&Mario were not there, but the girl at the reception said she would look for a bigger size and would send them to the room. I guess the big sizes were gone! ) The way Doria handled the inquiry was very profesional, eager to find the flip-flops in the cabinets that were nowhere to be seen, along with Mario who was very kind an warm at the time of our check-in, meant a lot to me! Thank you 🙏🏼 (we were not able to complete the online check-in so we checked-in at the reception) Also, my mom and I noticed that this year, you put extra trash bins out in the parking area which we loved, very, very useful!Guest review byTaniaCroatia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 694 reviewsCertainly one of the most wonderful hotels I've ever been! It's located close to the center of Izola - a car is not needed (nor recommended) to visit it. From the back entry, the Dolphin Beach is just a few steps away. It's a rocky shore, but there are several stairs into the water. The inside pool is filled with salty water, which is great. Italy is not far away, you can see Trieste across the sea. In the town, everbody seems to be able to speak Italian. The vew from the balcony is outstanding.Guest review bySven Boris SchreiberGermany
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 6,667 reviewsChildren loved the pool area and the accessibility to the beach, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was extremely polite, the room and the terrace had a great sea view without any additional charges, the hotel is right on the beach. The food was delicious and the offer for different types of food was great, the hotel has own parking. It does not have airconditioning in the room but this did not bother a bit! We will come back next year! Every recommendation!Guest review byMiricAustria

Warm and clean swimming pools. Hotel room was roomy and with a great view. This was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's a jewel!! Despite the hotel being packed with people and small children, it was very quiet at night and we were able to rest well. Thumbs up for all the staff members.Guest review byDamjanNorth Macedonia

Comfortable clean rooms, nice common areas, beautiful park, lots of sunbeds, big pool, excellent location, very friendly staff, very good food in general, good selection as well. The a la carte restaurant by the pool and the beach bar were also very nice.Guest review byAndrásHungary

Fabulous historical city with everything nearby. Ferry service to islands is easy. Highly recommend a walk up the Marian Steps to enjoy the incredible view. Quaint eateries and bars tucked down alleyways, Teak was outstanding in service and food. Promenade is nice but very crowded. Great market for fresh fruit & vege.Guest review byJOSNew Zealand - 10.0

Dubrovnik old town is stunning albeit a bit expensive at time to access some of the sights - check the small print when making a booking to ensure you know what you have to pay for. Great location to access other activities such as ferries to the islands. Everything is spotlessly clean. Good restaurants can be a bit pricey, particularly when wine included!Guest review byPhilipIreland - 10.0

Zadar has so much to offer — from narrow, charming streets full of cafés and restaurants serving delicious food and good music (like Rock Caffe), to interesting interiors, lovely beaches, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, and parks. There’s also a wide range of organized boat trips to national parks, public transportation (though often delayed), and ferry connections to Ugljan Island and beyond.Guest review byIwonaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Budva, like the other cities in Montenegro, is a fantastic place, nice beaches, a very beautiful old town, has a lot of water activities and night life is brimming . It is indeed a destination worthy of travelling for both young and old. Just be ready with lots cash because most of the shops and restaurants there only accepts cash. There are ATMs everywhere but there are charges. Transportation wise, if you are just in Budva, everything is walking distance, going to the beach or the old town, there are just minutes away. But, if you want to visit other places, taking a bus is the most effective way, it's cheaper than taking a taxi where the driver will ask a ridiculous price. Just go to the bus station and buy the tickets there in cash, don't buy them online because once you arrive at the bus station, they will ask you to print it otherwise it's null and void, they have printing servie there but it's gonna be another pay (1 euro per print).Guest review byMurphy JohnUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Know where you are going and evaluate it accordingly!
Know where you are going and evaluate it accordingly! Durres is a city that is developing at a rapid pace, including the coast, the port and the city. The coastal promenade began to be transformed in 2022 and it turned out beautifully! It has one shortcoming, there is no garbage collector anywhere by the sidewalk, despite this, there is no garbage anywhere. Along the coast, you can still see the buildings left from the 19th century fishing village, some of them are still inhabited (!), in some places there is still a pile of garbage, beggars walk around in the evening, but the sea is fine, the transformation of the coast was very successful. Getting into the city from the hotel row by bus is inconvenient. It is nice to see how the city and the coast are completely transformed and modernized over the years. In 2025, three new hotels will be built on the hotel row, within a kilometer, and the handover is scheduled for 2026. Let's take a look! The food is pretty much the same everywhere, good, as are the prices, but the hospitality at the DELFINI restaurant is excellent! The people are nice and friendly. The traffic, oh my, you have to pay attention! The one whose car is ahead has priority. They honk, but despite that, they are patient and understanding with foreigners. In previous years, there was a concrete-lined beach area in front of some hotels, which was being cleaned up. Unfortunately, the concrete pieces can still be found underwater, which is very unpleasant to step on. Beachgoers throw the concrete pieces onto the beach, and the garbage truck takes them away the next morning. It would be nice to sift this out with a machine! In Italy, we saw a tractor that sifted and cleaned not only the beach sand, but also the sand in the shallow water. It should be done here, too!Guest review byJózsefHungary - 6.0

Pula is a lovely, surprising destination.
Pula is a lovely, surprising destination. A working port that also has a stunning coastline. The old town is like a mini Rome complete with an intact roman arena. People are friendly and the small city has a nice cosmopolitan feel. Public transport is easy to use and has an extensive network. Destined to become more popular, so go see it now!Guest review byskids64United Kingdom - 10.0
Great place with old narrow streets.
Great place with old narrow streets. We enjoyed them during the first day, the second day we took a half day boat (Red Island, Lin Fjord, Pirates Cave, Music, wine, delicious fish) and right after we left the boat, we rent electric scooters to go through the entire Punta Corrente and the next 10km. forests and beaches (two hours rent was enough). A dinner at the Graciano place with a view to the old town was the perfect finish of the day.Guest review byBudinov - 10.0
