The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

The hotel is awesome. Very clean and luxurious. Very nice owner and staff. Quiet and calm place. They accept us in the very late evening with smiles. There is also a convenient car parking. They serve nice breakfast with code, tea, deserts. So, everything was good! I really recommend this hotel in Sevan.

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

It's an incredible place. We were visiting when there were only a few guests and the atmosphere was super peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped us with any inquiries we had. The food was delicious. We rented the jet ski, used the sauna and just chilled on the very cosy beach area. The water in Sevan is crystal clear. They also have the dogs who are the most friendly dogs we've ever met. They almost became a part of our family, we'll miss them.
