Love how friendly and helpful and accommodating the entire staff is. The host family is lovely! The location is beautiful, behind the mountains, so close to the lake Atersee...5min by car, Wolfgangsee is 26min by car and Mondsee also something like 28min by car. The breakfast is served buffet style and from the croissant to the omelette to the yogurt to the juice to the bread...oh the bread.....so so so good. The fruits as well, everything fresh and deliciously prepared. Very comfortable and cozy outside with the chairs and swings, me and Lucky sat there outside enjoying the nice weather and beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the shower is ok, maybe a tiny tiny bit box would be great, but the shower pressure was good too....The bed was comfortable for me who like a bit more to softer side....was great I slept like a baby... The hotel is decorated in a very cozy and nice style. I forgot..the balcony has no light but is solved by leaving the bedroom light on...I loved everything about this hotel and I cannot wait to come again asap. We came earlier by 2 hours, and personally still were able to check in without any problem. Just took them a few minutes to make sure our room was ready. everything was explained perfectly and we were offered a few times for help with the luggage, although there was a spacious elevator in our building. The staff were really charming and pleasant, and warmly welcomed us. We encountered a little problem in the room and the staff gave us every available solution and handled it perfectly, with no hesitation. I never got such good service in a hotel and I couldn't be happier for my choice. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, just 5 min walk from the beach of the lake. The private beach was a bit hard to find. It's a bit southern to the hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing to chill there. The beach and the lake are marvelous and just in front of...
The beach and the lake are marvelous and just in front of the house. We have dinner close to the lake, but most of the restaurants in the area a moderately expensive . The itinerary to the village is quite easy as the down center is just 1,2 km away from the pension. Next time will spent some time on hiking trip in the mountain close by. There are a lot of itineraries for cycling as well. If you come in the summer , don't forget your paddleboard ( its the most common tool for transportation on the lake unless you have a small yacht or boat)Guest review byVioletaCzech Republic - 10.0
