The hotel is very modern and we really liked the self check in and the digital keys. You can of course also have a normal card but the digital keys worked without any issues for us. The breakfast was delicious. It is a very quiet area where the hotel is situated and the views to the mountains are amazing. The staff was super friendly. Very close to Lichtenstein and Schweiz. We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this great hotel, so much so that when we were in Schladming again two nights later we booked again. The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

The attention to detail and the warmth of Arthur and Ingrid and Lise. It was a memorable 2 days and I hope to go back someday . The restaurant too was excellent and the waiter ( i don’t recall his name ) was exceptional.

This hotel checked all the boxes for my family and I. The parking was spacious which helped alleviate any anxiety with us having a truck. We were also able to bring our dog and he had plenty of places to relieve himself outside the hotel. Lastly, the cleanliness was wonderful.

    Everything. From the very start you are taken aback by the beautiful views surrounding the area and the drive to the hotel from Salzburg. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are also incredible! From the room itself, to the common areas, spa, restaurant and outdoors. Markus and Claudia together with their staff and family have done an incredible job to look after every little detail during your stay. Another highlight was the staff itself, everyone made us feel welcome and knew who we were throughout the week. The food was superb, every night a different menu and quality always high. Breakfast and afternoon snack were also a highlight. The location is also perfect for other day trips around the area. Overall, this hotel was the highlight of our trip and we hope to come back!

    We stayed in a family suite which was clean, modern, great size room (given we had 2 children too) and very much to our taste. The food varied every night and replenished quickly. The facilities for Children are fantastic and even after hours of skiing all they wanted to do was play in the football area, ball pit or indoor play. Outdoor pool temperature was a great surprise, VERY warm and just what we needed after a days skiing. Ski room with dedicated locker to leave all the gear. Staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay.

    We loved at stay at this hotel. Nothing is spared. They even offer fruit and drinks by the swimming pool for free and the cake time at lunch was a delicious surprise. We've had a wonderful short stay there with our two small children and we are looking forward to our next visit.     We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites to Salzburg. I first visited Kitzbuhel in 1970 when I was on a high school trip. I wanted my husband to see what a charming Tyrolean town it is. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful!
