We had a fantastic stay at this spa hotel. The spa facilities are exceptional, featuring sauna infusion rituals, salt peeling treatments, and various wellness activities. The design of the spa area is stunning, especially the resting areas and the salt pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent, with a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley and is located near a forest, which is perfect for short hikes and morning walks. We stayed in a Panorama room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. Highly recommend for a couple getaway!

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful views from the large balcony with comfortable chairs. The bathroom was very large with Rituals toiletries! And the breakfast buffet was exceptional - juicers, prosecco, made-to-order eggs/omelets, flammekuchen, goulash, meats, fruits etc. - all delicious!

Innsbruck is full of character - there are some beautiful...
Innsbruck is full of character - there are some beautiful old buildings there. I love the fact that when you look up you can see the mountains which are awe inspiring! It's worth doing a guided tour around the city. Take the 'train' up to see the Bergisel ski jump, and get off and visit the zoo. The view from the top is worth the ride. Ambras castle is a very interesting place and can be reached easily by public transport. There are a few museums and galleries that you can investigate depending on what interests you. The Golden Roof is small but you must see it and also the Triumphal Arch. There are also some very nice boutiques if you like shopping for clothes. Innsbruck has a good selection of cafés and restaurants to cater to everyone's tastes. It's my favourite Austrian city!

nice town. Ideal base for early season hike (start of May) in Wilder Kaiser region. Most other places in vicinity are closed as main hiking season hasn't started yet. The local kaiserlift (chair lift) was open so takes you to start of good hikes..

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!!
It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!!
I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. The breakfast was very good, especially the wide selection of breads.

We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only be described as holiday from hell. I have never seen as such disregard of our well being of hotel guest and total absence of owner.
We arrived on 15th July and given room key of our room without any assistance to our luggage etc. In restaurant we were given table that was divided by curtain and resemble in school canteen rather than 4 star hotels in Austria. I notified our dietary requirements however we were constantly told that hotel has fixed menu and self-service.
I have never seen as carelessly prepared food in my life. There was beef or pork in menu and we were served from children’s menu of chicken nugget with some chunky carrots without and sauce etc.
We managed to get fried Chicken fillet after speaking with restaurant manager however it was too much over cooked and chewy that I couldn’t ‘even cut it with knife and unfit for consumption. All dining room staff are aware of problem with quality of food however they are helpless to improve.
Every day we wake up and thought when we go home and end the pain

Great place for walks. Despite the warm winter we were lucky to get some fresh snow. And almost 10 days without rain was a relief coming from Belgium where it seems to have been raining for the last 7 months !

It was wonderful stay. The small old town was beautiful just in the middle of the valley all around beautiful mountain. Our stay was located in the old part of the city.
Like 5 minutes by car you have "new town" with shops and markets.
Close range by walk or by car for beautiful hikes.
This views, the panorama all around... I love this place and I would like to come here again for sure.
When you wake up and go to the balcony you will see breathtaking panorama of the alpen.
The stuff is really nice and helpful. Do not forgot to ask about guest card. You can apply it for example for renting tennis court for free and much more.

Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria!
Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria! Its very close to ski resorts and places for night sledding. They have good food too with the only issue of restaurants closing early ( i think its due to COVID) . The town is very easy to get around if you essentially find the two-three main streets.
They have really nice and clean streets and many services in English for tourists. Very kind and friendly people too!

We planned for a short stay, with chief targets being Top of Innsbruck and the Hofburg, and were not disappointed. If our stay had been longer, we could have caught some of the cultural activities. We had been in Liechtenstein and were headed for Budapest, so we were also on a strudel sampling quest, and Innsbruck did not disappoint. Good strudel in all those places.
