The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. Nice spacious rooms and newly renovated bathrooms. Great location as it is only a short walk to the skiing area. A free locker to store the skiing equipment right at the Gondola station is provided, so there is no need to carry the skis every day to the station. The storage locker also includes the dryer for the skiing boots.Very clean space

Great Hotel with incredible friendly staff. Very close to the main ski lift in Serfaus, but at the same time a quiet location. The breakfast was also luxurious and a great way to start the day. Parking available at the hotel, so also a plus.

They upgrade our rooms and it was very spacious in a big Appartment with a kitchen. The bathroom was big with shower and bath. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety, but did have an additional charge.

Check in at reception was very friendly and welcoming with a glass of bubbles or juice. Lift tickets at a discount at reception. Lockers were already reserved for us. Parking in the garage. Walked to the slopes, a 10min walk, steep, good warm up. We didn't need to use shuttle. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, which was delicious. Drinks in the bar were well prepared too.

Spacious rooms decorated with old wooden feel, modern kitchen, amazing wellness section, and close to the cabe cars. We visited in summer and enjoyed all the attractions for kids in the mountains.
