We loved everything about this hotel - rooms are really big, with many practical details. We had amazing view to beautiful wineyards. For breakfast you can taste many products from local farms: cheese, ham, eggs, juices, marmelades... On the walls of the hotel there is so many art pieces - which you can also buy. We enjoyed walks - to the castle and visiting family wineries. Hotel has perfect sauna - with amazing view. Hotel staff was great and very kind. We would love to visit again and we can't recommend this place enough!

Offering a covered outdoor pool, Hotel Garni Thermenoase is located in Bad Blumau. It’s out of the way and not crowded or full of people all over. It’s a family-owned business type environment although I’m not sure if it is, but I assume so. Folks were very friendly, and spoke English with us, since we don’t speak German. We got some cards to use all around Austria with a lot of free stuff while we stayed on the property. Also got a hefty discount at Rogner Bad Blumau where we celebrated our 20 year anniversary. Also the included great breakfast was very delicious with a good array of options. There is a pool next to the river where you can spend some quiet time reaing a book while you eat a fresh picked apple from their apple trees. Thank You Staff.

This family-run 3-star superior hotel in the scenic hills of Eastern Styria is 4 km from both the Bad Waltersdorf Thermal Spa and the Rogner Bad Blumau Thermal Spa. Everything was great. Stuff was very friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and quiet. We were with the child, and he enjoyed a place with toys inside, a kid's playground, and a trampoline outside. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast were very tasty. There are also cats that live there, and they are adorable :)
