Very tastefully done up. They compiled a list of places which was most useful in deciding high quality options for food and drinks.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — they really made me feel welcome. Peaceful and quite surroundings, brand new rooms with huge bathroom , king sized bed and a table were i could finish up some work , staff is there for you any time of day extremely helpful and involved. Primary plan was just to spend the night and keep on going , but hospitality and views from a room balcony aswell as heated outside swimming pool made me change my mind and extend my stay , recommend for both looking for a piece of paradise to relax , and those who would like to keep it more active.

The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

nice town. Ideal base for early season hike (start of May) in Wilder Kaiser region. Most other places in vicinity are closed as main hiking season hasn't started yet. The local kaiserlift (chair lift) was open so takes you to start of good hikes..

We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites to Salzburg. I first visited Kitzbuhel in 1970 when I was on a high school trip. I wanted my husband to see what a charming Tyrolean town it is. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful!

Ski runs in Tux a bit short, but in general area is big and beautiful, also there are massive Zillertal Arena and Hintertux Glacier ski areas near by. We were traveling by car (there are also ski busses), so visited all nearby skiing locations (you may buy one skipass which will cover all of them). Also I'd recommend great Spa/pool facilities - Erlebnistherme Zillertal

We loved our basic but clean comfy room with a lake view. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Dinner a bit disappointing but we walked in late without a reservation. The spa was very nicea very beautiful space, but the water in tubs and pool could have been a bit warmer. I snuggles in my plush robe and had tea instead and had a lovely time in the spa regardless. There will be a next time! We hope to hike a lot more in the area and take the gondola up the mountain and see the lofty heights.
