- From $184.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 3,064 reviewsIt was a corner room on the top floor (8th floor above ground) with a great view, but I suddenly felt suffocated as soon I realized there is no balcony or openable windows, but I liked it because the air conditioning is by DAIKIN the highly reliable company, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The beds were high quality mattresses, and even with one king and two singles comfortably lying next each other, the room was still comfortable. The shower and toilet are very spacious and clean. The shower, toilet, and sink are my favorite of all the hotels I have stayed in.Guest review byUmikaJapan

The weather is great , the city is really pretty with a modern infra structure on the river. Public transportation and ubers make everything so accessible. At night the city lights up like a christmas tree and everything tastes nice with great food and bars. There's everything to do & people are friendly, safe and happy. The viewing wheel is great value , the viewing platform on the Sky tower is free and the market along the river side is great. There's something for everyone.Guest review byMikeNew Zealand - 8.0

Ipswich is steeped in History, being the original choice for the Capital of the new State of Queensland in 1859. The depth of the Bremer River was seen as an impediment for shipping, so Brisbane became the Capital. Queens Park is an Oasis in the centre of the City and includes an animal enclosure with a walk through, fu;; flight Aviary. The City has a proud Rail and Coal Mining past. The Ipswich Rail Museum should be on any visitors itinerary.Guest review byCatherineAustralia - 10.0

Caboolture is a lovely area and we only stayed for the weekend, but we are very interested in staying in the area longer next time for a holiday. There were many beautiful parklands around where we stayed and easily accessible shops and facilities within the area too.Guest review byKatyAustralia - 10.0
A beautiful spot. Love the walks and beaches.
A beautiful spot. Love the walks and beaches. Everybody on the island is welcoming. We did luck out with food one night as we left it till after 6.30 pm and the one place we went to was fully booked. We had no car either so had to make sandwiches. Would be nicer if there were more takeaway/food truck options.Guest review byMichelleAustralia - 8.0

Beautiful area with lots to explore. Love the lighthouse restaurant. Heaps of places to eat and drink. Lots of shopping options too. And Stradbroke Island just a ferry ride away. Or you can catch a train into Brisbane city if you want to.Guest review byTammi-LynnAustralia - 10.0

We love Bongaree.... fantastic RSL, beautiful views, very relaxed place to visit. The seaside museum is awesome & it's free. Great little shops, cafés, safe swimming. We have noticed that it's certainly becoming busier than it used to be.....but understandably, it's a great spot. Bongaree caravan park is a nice place to stay with cabins available too. Try to get a spot away from the main road as it will be much quieter without traffic noise.Guest review byRossAustralia - 8.0

Chatswood shopping centre had lots of places to eat, and Woolworths was a good place to shop. We drove to Wellington Park for a 21st birthday. You could also drive to the theme parks and Brisbane was not to far as well.Guest review byconnieAustralia - 8.0

Be prepared for the fact that the breakfast is in a cafe attached to the Hotel, there is no buffet breakfast. The Cafe is very pleasant, overlooking the water. Have a good map of the North Lakes precinct or be familiar with the maze of very narrow, very busy roads that you will need to negotiate.Guest review byMaxAustralia - 10.0
It was only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Aquatic Centre.
It was only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Aquatic Centre. The loction is rural with challenging roads that lead to considerable ''hooning" day and night. Once we became familiar with the roads, they were fine. We ate from our own supplies which were purchased from a supermarket in a mall not far away. I suspect you need a reliable car to get around as there are several very steep climbs and declines in the area.Guest review byBronwenAustralia
