My family travelled from WA, drove to Mackay upon touch down, upon return we booked this place along the way. The room was immaculate, I cannot fault it. The location was perfect, waking up with the view & seeing Kangaroos enjoying their habitat. We had a lovely breakfast & also got one of their home-made honey! What a treat from the owner. We highly recommend this place. Please do stay and support this awesome couple. 🫶

Comfortable bed, big bathrooms. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends. Everything from booking my stay to finding it, to collecting keys and getting settled was made efficient and convenient. The unit is perfect for short or long stays. It had everything we needed, plus more (drinks in the fridge, coffee etc). The hosts are obviously very thoughtful and understand the needs of people that would use the unit.
