It is 1km from Cooma Town Centre and a 5 minute drive from the Snowy Mountain Scheme Education Centre. Selwyn, Thredbo and Perisher Valley Ski areas are both an 80 minute drive away. Excellent will be back and highly recommend. Great value for money.
