"This hotel was such an amazing choice for our stay in Melbourne! So much better than we even expected! The staff were extremely friendly at all times (like all Australians) and went the extra mile to pamper us. The room was so spacious and comfortable, and we even got upgraded to a suite with 2 floors. Our kids didn't want to leave this place. Everything you need is thought out foe you: from a laundry washer to a Nespresso machine. Free snacks/drinks during the day also, and excellent wi-fi. Plus, having a cool bar/pub at rhe ground floor gave us the freedom to 'stay in' whenever we felt a bit tired."
