We really liked the lady, who was making fresh omelettes in the morning. She would really try to make it special to your taste and liking. _Upon arrival, We were met with bottles of water and smiles, which was very comforting after a long trip. _We stayed there with a toddler. It was easy to enter the hotels premises with the stroller. We received a complimentary breakfast for the kid _Location is good. The old town within 20-25 min walk. Baku does not have a lot of pedestrian cross walks, which is a bit challenging but that is not a hotels fault. _Another thing I liked at the hotel was working pods. There is a small area with three tables with enclosure around each one, which made it easy to take calls and work _good temperature control in the room _TV connects to your phone which made it easy to stream videos for watching _fast and ample elevators. We hardly had to wait, which is crucial when you are running late for a work meeting And many other little things

After check-out, I had a flight issue and needed to stay at the hotel for two more hours — Rahul at reception helped me a lot, letting me use his phone and helping me make calls. They even offered me coffee, tea, and sweets while I waited. Special thanks to the lovely lady who did the cleaning and prepared breakfast — she was an absolute sweetheart.
