It is so close to the old town of Sarajevo and the short walk there offers a great view over the city. But do note that the hotel is on a hill (as is everything in this city) and there is a steep walk down into the old down. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast with cold options, but quite varied. I would only recommend it if you are in a hurry and don't have time to eat in the city. Another must is a visit to the Memorial Gallery Srebrenica exhibition. Tall pine trees and scenic trails make it a perfect place for relaxation and adventure. However, in recent years, the mountain has changed. Too many buildings have been constructed, damaging the peaceful atmosphere. While the architecture may be modern, there is not enough meaningful content or attractions for visitors. There are few cultural activities, limited outdoor sports options, and not enough playground for kids to enjoy. As a result, the mountain feels overcrowded yet empty at the same time. Prekrasno skijalište, staze lijepo pripremljene, drže dosta dobro i na +13. Ima dosta gužve, a s obzirom na izgradnju koja je u tijeku, valjalo bi dodati još staza. Odvoz smeća sumnjivo funkcionira i nedostaje pekara. Ljudi su izuzetno ljubazni i osjećaš se zaista dobrodošao! Sarajevo is a lovely place to visit, with many interesting things to see and experience- the walks along the canal, the interesting and historical museums, the bustling markets, the great food and beautiful scenery, there is a lot to savour. We wish we had known about the Olympic village high above the valley which you can reach via cable car or by car, and just hike along the various pathways which were originally the ski and bobsled slopes.
