Really nice apartment with a peaceful balcony for the morning coffee. The owner gave us the code to the key box before our arrival with simple and easy instructions so the check in was really easy. The shower was great with warm water.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.

Alpin Borovets, Алпин Боровец is a small luxury hotel, just 20 metres away from the pistes in the centre of Borovets, one of the most popular ski resorts in Bulgaria. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, it also has comfortable amenities. What blew us away, however, was the staff. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay really wonderful.

We actually missed our booking as we got lost on the Rila Mountains (long story), the hotel called us to make sure we were ok and allowed us to stay the next night. This is an incredible hotel.

In the cool of the morning we had a tasty, and ample, breakfast served to us in the charming dining room. Wonderful proprietor, Villy, has a calm demeanor, and professional but low key operation. The Hotel & Restaurant are located in a beautiful area in the middle of the Rila Mountains, a short drive from the UNESCO Heritage monastery we well as many other sites and attractions. Everything was wonderful! The hut Yagoda was clean, cozy and comfortable. The restaurant dishes were tasty and the personnel were extremely kind and attentive, in particular a young teenager girl named Lyubomira. The whole facility is great and I'm going to come back for sure! I could work in peace and then enjoy the quietness and the freshness of the woods with a yummy barbecue for which there was a fire pit at my disposal Thank you!

Love this place! By far, my favourite hotel to go to with my 3-year-old son. The staff is lovely! They have become like an extended family to me. Rooms are spotless clean. Playgrounds are well equipped - both inside and outside. There is a small slope behind the hotel perfect for sledging in the winter. Great lunch menu. Plenty of nature walks to pick from.
