The options in town are slim if looking for a hotel. We stayed at some absolutely top hotels in Bulgaria and this may not be the ritz but after three days I was able to get the person at the front desk to smile and they are definitely doing everything they can to make the stay wonderful. I would stay again.

Great location. The room was a good size and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The young man on reception was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. It's a lovely hotel.
