I love Vitoria. It has many nice city beaches.
I love Vitoria. It has many nice city beaches. The water is murky but if you like just to seat on the beach with all the convenienced of a big city, it's a nice place to be. Really nice beaches are south of Vitoria. You can enjoy here many nice cafes, beach bars and nice shopping. It's a relatively safe city. A good and decent hotel. BUT..... The disappoitment is the breakfast , not much options.
