Palmas is easily accessible from Abraao via a hike or a taxi boat, and there is another easy hike to the beautiful Praia Lopes Mendes. Palmas is much calmer than staying in Abraao, but you still have access to different food options. If you need to take a taxi boat to anywhere else on the island, the staff can help you with this.

The property is magnificent. The rooms overseeing the ocean, you will sleep with the sound of the ocean. The breakfast is amazing, and the food at the restaurant is really good and affordable. The staff is really nice, always happy to help you and advise you in any activity you might want to do. Also padding in the morning to Laguna Azul and the beach nearby is a must. Also, the WiFi works perfectly in case you need to do some work.

The room is very basic as it was just recently built, but it was an amazing value for price. I would 100% stay here again if I did not plan on cooking. It is centrally located and close to everything. Lana was great and always smiling.

This is a very lovely hotel. Very excellent service. The most delicious breakfasts you can imagine. A magical beach is nearby. The island is one of the best places for hiking for any level.

Aratinga Inn is a 10!!! Rennie and her staff are absolutely adorable. The garden is stunning. The breakfast and afternoon tea (yes it exists!) are homemade and delicious. Rooms are very very clean and cosy. 200% recommended!
