EVERYTHING! Great place with great staff! Me and a party of two others booked the place super late in the evening while we were driving on the road and the staff were there to receive us. A message was even sent out. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we were to spend more nights in the area. Breakfast was diverse, good, and plenty of. It was a nice atmosphere with the pet as well there. Beautiful view. Bedrooms were big and comfortable and the bathroom was great and clean. Towels were provided/found readily available in the room. Great parking space as well! Seeing as we arrived late in the evening and did not know any dinner places open, the restaurant next to us was open. I believe this one is attached/connected to the hotel. Amazing food and great atmosphere! Will attach a foto of the meal. As for tourist friendly I would range it as extremely high! I am a non-Spanish speaker and felt the staff were more than understanding towards me and my broken Spanish.

Really loved this hotel - first time my 5yo daughter has interacted with a kids club! The staff were amazing, really warm and the planned activities were brilliant. Especially 'el profe' that helped my daughter get up the climbing wall (she didn't want to stop until she did it!). Reception staff were also extremely friendly. The room was really big and the beds and pillows were done off the most comfortable I've experienced.

This boutique hotel is fantastic! Unlike many of the touristy hotels that are located in the town of Puerto Iguazu (which is not a beautiful town), this hotel is located in the middle of the forest, half-way between the airport/the waterfalls (which are not far from each other) and the town of Puerto Iguazu. The hotel is constructing new bungalows, we booked through Booking.com and had the chance of staying at one of the newly constructed rooms. The views, the furniture, the cleanliness, all was just wonderful. What is really great is that the hotel offers free activities to its guests (like birdwatching, bicycle excursion, a walk through an indigenous town with a local indigenous guide). The Iguazu area is very touristy and all activities are expensive, it is great to see that this hotel is not taking advantage of it and still offers free activities. I would also recommend eating there, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the quality of the food is amazing!

Great view, breakfast and swimming pool! Easy to book a taxi or transfer from their desk. The restaurant had Argentine dishes and some local products for a reasonable price. Air Conditioning and fan. Room had a fridge and a balcony with a hammock to enjoy the Jungle. Bubble bathtub as well :) Great staff! Missing already those natural fruit juices at the swimming pool

Historic building old enough but maintained very well. We were not sure if tap water is drinkable but it was ok considering Argentina's inflation even though there was no water in the room. Close to the bus terminal and just across the church.

The Iguazu Falls aee spectacular. Don’t mss them!

The Iguazu Falls aee spectacular. Don’t mss them! We loved 2 days of guided tours on the Argentina side to experience the fall up close. We recommend flying into Foz de Iguazu on the Brazilian side. The view is best from there, and the lodging and town offers more. There is not nuch to do in Puerto Iguazú.

On the lake of Rio Parana.

On the lake of Rio Parana. Lovely long parks, bikepaths, along lakefront. Lots of restaurants and finally spiced food. I recommend advance guard GenerationY .quite the malbec try the spiced shrimp cured in lime. Lots of birding and laggoons. Took train across to Encarnacion. One note Sierra time is observed and lots closed on Sunday and Monday.

Puerto Iguazú is a must!

Puerto Iguazú is a must! Tons and tons of fabulous restaurants, the Iguazú Falls, the spot where you can see Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay all together. Wish we had made time to do the catamaran. Nice people, friendly, helpful, restaurant staff so nice!

Posadas is not only a huge riverwalk but a vibrant and clean city with extremely helpful inhabitants. The closeness to its neighboring Paraguayan city of Encarnacion gives it a mutual commercial boost that allows the city's developement to continue. I was truly amazed at how modern the city is and its relaxed vibe contrasts with the nightlife.

Enoy the park and the falls. Forget the rip-off raft ride Walking among the falls was breathtaking. Each bend in the walkway brought another view of the Falls that was stunning. Yes, there were a lot of people but we were all enjoying the falls and not worried about being crowded. Just smile and wait your turn at the edge of the pier for the best photo shot! The train ride was overcrowded but well managed. The restaurants offered a lot of variety that seemed acceptable for the most part. It is, afterall, a giant cafeteria! Get in line. Again. What I would NOT recommend is the Falls raft ride, which is run by one company that has a monopoly on your choices!! This raft company was so bad it was just silly. I have hearing aids. They would not let me ride. They said I would not be able to hear the safety commands. I don't think ANYONE could hear commands when you are by the falls. But they were not having it. They were in charge and not budging. As it turned out, the people that did go said it was not worth the money. Thank you for not letting me waste my money and not throwing me in jall as theatened! But this is a seperate company within the park, not the park itself.
