The hotel staff was wonderful, particularly Lorena and Ivanilson. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and having a great time. We are not fluent in Portuguese, and Joao Pessoa in general doesn't have a lot of English speakers (which we knew going in and obviously was not an expectation). Lorena really helped us navigate, often coming from a completely different location in the hotel to ensure we were doing ok, and Ivanilson took excellent care of us during the days up at the pool. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and motivated to ensure the guests were having a positive experience. The location of this hotel is also amazing. Highly recommend.

The room was always clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff very friendly and always happy to help! AC cooled the room really fast. Location was perfect, 2 small blocks from the sea and walking distance to Feirinha and Mercado de Artesanato, and lots of restaurants around the area too, as well as piscinas naturais departures were nearby.

Easily the best hotel stay I've had. Very courteous and professional staff. Clean, well kept rooms, great breakfast, and there's generally at least one employee who speaks English. They can provide two room keys, which was surprisingly uncommon among other hotels in the area. Nice showers, clean bathrooms, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer are provided. Paid laundry service. Breakfast was amazing!

    Location is perfet! Just one block from the beach! Staff are very friendly and rooms are comfortable (but dont expect a nice view to the beach - in my case, the hotel was just a place to sleep). One key point for me was the car parking. The hotel has a closed parking and it is also possible to park easily outside.

    We enjoyed our trip to João Pessoa, and the reason for being there was to run the João Pessoa Marathon. It was supposed to start at 4:30 AM, but they decided to start at 4:00 AM without any warning about the change. That was a kick on the shin because they had a set of rules, but they themselves don't observe them. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and disheartened. Yes, I did finish it! The two restaurants we liked the most were "Sapore D'Italia" and "Canoa Restaurant." The only two fun activities we had were walking on the beach and running the Marathon. It was enough for us. Yes, getting around João Pessoa is very easy.

    Very pretty beaches, but no real tourist safety. No with exception of jacuma city, no facilities around the other beaches. No restaurants, cafes, shops, kiosk or even taxis to get back to the hotel. Jacuma is a very small town for very basic Brazilian needs. Not a even to shop or nice eating out. Low standard.

    Look like a big city with a lot buildings but the service is very slow to be honest the only two restaurants have a real good food was Nau and Quilha usually at the beach the food sucks and is very expensive.

    I was very positively impressed by the city.

    I was very positively impressed by the city. It is beautiful and, of course, the people are fantastic: helpful, smiling, talkative. The infrastructure in most of the beaches I visited is very good, the food is amazing and for those who love shopping for crafts, the options are numberless.
