- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 182 reviewsWe had a lovely relaxing weekend in this beautiful setting. The service from staff was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the deep bathtub. The fireplace made a rainy day cozy. Coffee and a breakfast basket with muffins, yogurt and muesli was appreciated and the fruit compote also went well with the cheese and crackers we brought with us. The room was appointed with 2 coffee cups and two wine glasses. We enjoyed our two meals in the lovely restaurant. We would be happy to return in the future.Guest review byErinCanada

We loved small details in the property. Art in the garden, family friendly field with space for family activities, facilities in the cottage which make our stay feel like home!Guest review byJennyCanada

Galiano Island is an absolute gem & our visit was so relaxing, peaceful & just perfect. The Island is quant & not been ruined by outside businesses moving in. Loved the opportunity to explore some of the most untouched natural beauty the island offers. It was easy to travel by car all over the island - although I would recommend a paper map as cell service was spotty in some areas making it difficult to use google map. It is not pretentious - the people were welcoming & kind. The beaches, the trails, the views are spectacular & I want to return for a Girl’s Get Away soon. A few shoutouts - the Galiano Bookstore is a treasure, the Market grocery store was well stocked & so beautiful inside with all the photos of the island, the Glass Shop as you travel north is a must stop - remarkable pieces on display, the Sturdies Bay Bakery scrumptious & oh my the latte & quince donut at the Oxeye is fabulous. I’d highly recommend a visit - we were there during off season so many places were closed - but the bonus for us was we felt at times we had the whole place to ourselves ❤️Guest review byKimCanada - 4.0

Kayaking at Montague Harbour Marina was excellent with our guide Bruce. Christina went out of her way to organize our tour. Hiking Moont Galiano, Montague provincial park, and Bodega Ridge were great. Morning Beach was our favourite beach. Hummingbird Pub staff were great.Guest review byIsabelCanada
