- From $398.37 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,297 reviewsFrom the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!Guest review byBobby FUnited States

Brilliant city with lots of things to do.
Brilliant city with lots of things to do. It's a very walkable city. We used public transport and it was good as well. You can buy a day ticket for the subway and trams, which is handy. Eating out isn't that expensive but if you're coeliac you will struggle. I would recommend the Wendy's for a cheap, gluten free salad. We also ate at the CN Tower and they were able to give me a decent, gluten free meal. You will smell lots of cannabis while walking around the city as it's legal in Canada, but don't let this put you off. The city seems safe enough and the people are polite and friendly, on the whole. We will definitely be back.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in: within Canada and abroad. I was concerned and had to check my credit card bill to make sure I wasn;t overcharged. Great service and experience for the price. I really appreciated the accomodations from staff concerning check-in, breakfast (I left for the airpirt early, and they were kind enough to pack me a too go bag) and the free coffee in the lobby. The satff went above and beyond to make sure guests had the best stay ever!Guest review bySusanne - 10.0

There is so much to see and do, and coming from a UK city, I felt rather small in the city of Toronto. We.made the CNE which was vast and so.much to see and do at it, plus (unknowingly) were there for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and saw some film stars up close. Visited the zoo, aquarium and CN Tower using the CityPass (worth every penny). Had food at Vagabonds which was lovely. The traffic is horrendous though, so research getting around as some places u need to travel more than a walking distance to get to. We wne to Niagara as well, did the lady of the mist boat trip and got the pass to do stuff on the strip. Also had food at the rainforest place which is great for kids xGuest review byChrissieUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Was going to show at Budweiser stage.
Was going to show at Budweiser stage. Waterside Inn's proximity to Port Credit GO station was a major consideration, just a short walk ( 7 minutes ) through a pleasant hospitality district and clean residential area directly to terminal door. Very convenient for trip to GO Exhibition stop / Ontario Place.Guest review byMichaelCanada - 6.0

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.Guest review byZHENGCanada - 10.0
I really enjoyed my time in Toronto, but I have to say...
I really enjoyed my time in Toronto, but I have to say Roger’s Stadium (not to be confused with Roger’s Centre) was a huge disappointment. Getting there was a trek, and the uneven walking path was rough—my wife even twisted her ankle. The stadium itself didn’t feel sturdy at all, swaying uncomfortably, and the overall organization left a lot to be desired. For example, people weren’t allowed to get to their seats because of “wind concerns,” which only made me worry more about how the structure was built. (The show was rescheduled and we were set to see our band at 7:20, yet they weren't letting us in at that time, and they wouldn't even tell us why.) Having been to Woodstock ’99, I can honestly say this place gave me the same uneasy feeling—like an accident waiting to happen. That said, the rest of the trip was wonderful. We had a beautiful stroll through Edward’s Gardens, enjoyed the absolute best onion rings ever at Rosie’s Burgers (their shakes are amazing too!), and had a great breakfast at Stacked Pancakes in Ontario. I’d gladly come back to Toronto again—just never for a concert at Roger’s Stadium.Guest review byElizabethUnited States - 8.0

Loved - the size and configuration of room, closeness to airport and quality of buffet. Second stay - during the first we had a number of issues related to the hotel being newly opened, but they were graciously resolved by the manager. Very annoyed that they still haven't got their "process and systems" fixed so they know which guests have paid for breakfast. Once again you go to breakfast, only to have the concierge tell you your breakfast isn't included even though you have paid for it. Once again standing in line with my family, embarrased that I have to prove to a staff member I have indeed paid for breakfast. Sort this out, the staff are all aware of the issue, they could let guests know its a problem when they check and sort it out proactively so its not an issue in the morning. Or just presume that everyone has paid for breakfast and don't hassle guests to prove they have paid for it. Annoying...but worse for guests who aren't English speakers trying to negotiate for what they have paid for.Guest review byLisaCanada
