Very easy walking distance to the pedestrian village, ice skating, convenient to drive out to other parts of town, efficient ski valet. The room was well appointed, a great layout for size, and so so cozy. Special shout out to ALL the valets/bellman who were so courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We’ve traveled a ton and this experience was the just right balance of luxury yet homey, friendly coziness.

Location of Sommet des Neiges is ideal . Ski lockers on the lower level walk out at the base of the Gondola. Outdoor hot tubs were large but could have been hotter. Room's are newly decorated and clean. The primary bedroom's shower should be bigger, but otherwise very nicely appointed.

Val David is a wonderful town on the way to Mt Tremblant from Montreal. MacTaverne is centrally located across from the North River and adjacent to the Petit Train du Nord bike trail. The rooms are simple and clean, the water pressure and hot water is ample and the included breakfast and coffee were delicious. I recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. It was our first night in the region and the owners were generous with information and made us feel like we were staying with friends.

The lodge was great, so cozy and was very close to the ski resort (even had a shuttle that leaves from the hotel every 30 minutes which was so convenient). We enjoyed the pool, saunas, and steam room, and we had breakfast every morning and enjoyed the buffet. When one of our ski days was cancelled because of bad weather, we were grateful to have the lodge to spend our day in instead! Such a great place for a ski vacation.

The best views we have ever had while renting a chalet, hands down! We actually ended up losing power for a day (not the owners’ fault). The village was absolutely beautiful. The weather was great. However, the hotel staff upon arrival were unfriendly. They did not provide information as to opening hours of the pool gym.And when you ask them questions, it seemed that you were bothering them.Same with the lifeguard at the pool, I walked in with my coffee one morning, and he really yelled at me actually told me that because it's glass, I need to get out right now. He actually got in my face in a threatening manner, I was never scolded before by a lifeguard. In addition, the pool was full of bugs.I had my daughter get out of the pool because they were not cleaning it sufficiently with a net to remove the bugs. I reserved the two bedroom suite, extremely high priced.I would have expected a little more service and care. The bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the view was nice. But that's the extent of my positive experience at that hotel. The rest unfortunately was subpar for r what I was expecting. I've stayed in 2 other hotels in the same village. And the experience was far less in this particular hotel.

Saint-Jerome is the start (or end) of the Petite Train du Nord cycle route. Excellent cycle infrastructure. Plenty of restaurants in the downtown core. A lively place for events. We stayed at the Super 8 which is about 4 kms from the downtown core, but there were restaurants close by. Getting to the Super 8 on bicycles was not quite as straight forward as we would have liked, but leaving to join the Petite Nord du Train south was easy as we knew where the cycle paths were.

We went to enjoy the fall colours, the Laurentians are beautiful at that time. However, in Sainte-Adèle, most restaurants and many businesses were closed in the begining of the week; very disapointing. However we drove around and walked to enjoy mother-nature's Fall colours. We will probably try other parts our country the next time.

When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm. I received a $ 300 deposit. When I checked out of the hotel at 5 pm, the deposit was not returned to me. And when I called the hotel, they disrespectfully told me that I had to go back to the hotel to receive the deposit! I'm in Toronto now !!!!!! And unfortunately $ 300 has been deducted from my account and no one is responsible. I really complain about this hotel! But unfortunately I do not know what to do. I have trusted Booking and I have been your regular customer and now I expect you to defend me.
