- From $216.75 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 1,498 reviewsI stayed here for a working trip and selected Le Suites so I could have an "office area" in my hotel room - I was not disappointed. Perfect for a work trip. The Internet worked well, kitchen had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and the gym had enough equipment. Excellent location in downtown Ottawa, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.Guest review byRebekah Sydney AUSAustralia

Very nice location. Many shops and restaurants in area.
Very nice location. Many shops and restaurants in area. Just off the 417 and over the bridge from where the Senators play. 20 minutes to downtown. Visited the Nordic Spa in Quebec. It was 30 minutes away and worth the trip. It's an outdoors relaxation area with 7 cold and warming pools, a salt water oasis and spa treatments.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
There was a strong sewer smell in the second floor hallway.
There was a strong sewer smell in the second floor hallway. Our 1st room was awful but the next one was an upgrade for sure. Ken was very nice at the check-in and for our messy room ordeal. The breakfast and breakfast lady was awesome. It was included with the room and there was a big selection of option for a continental breakfast. It was a really nice stay...if the pool would of not been broken our stay would of been close to perfect. Also there was a little area across the road with different restaurant, lcbo, winners, arden.Guest review bySylvestre ChantalCanada - 4.0

The location was great related to where we needed to be but there were far too many issues. Essentially on the surface, the Riverrock seems nice enough but the staff appears not to care. We had issues with the internet and TV only working intermittently. The door lock was glitchy, the window, once opened, would not close, no hot water and the breakfast was extremely basic. Unfortunately, it's the only hotel in the area.Guest review bylinseyMexico - 8.0
Ottawa is beautiful.
Ottawa is beautiful. Busy and populated as the capital of Canada, with two major universities, yet quiet and serene at the same time. The Rideau Canal is beautiful to walk/cycle along and love the closeness to Gatineau and the Québec border.Guest review byDana KaminCanada - 10.0

The hotel was close to the Canadian Tire Center which was where our concert was being held. It was clean and although the line up was very long upon checking in, the staff was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.Guest review byMurphyCanada - 8.0
First time ever being in Ottawa.
First time ever being in Ottawa. It was nice to visit, and lots of scenic areas by the river. Was disappointed at how inconsiderate new visitors to Canada are around Parliament. They let their kids climb all over statues, and hit them, kick them etc. That is NOT how you behave when you are a visitor to this country and city. I wish security would have done more. Lots of walking, and no carts selling water around, which is odd. Could have made a fortune selling drinks around the hill.Guest review byMichelleCanada
