    I stayed here for a working trip and selected Le Suites so I could have an "office area" in my hotel room - I was not disappointed. Perfect for a work trip. The Internet worked well, kitchen had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and the gym had enough equipment. Excellent location in downtown Ottawa, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

    We travel a lot and have stayed in a number of hotels/motels. As motels go, this was one of the best ones ever. It was clean, quiet (you could not hear through the walls), great water temp and pressure, bed was comfortable, and parking was plentiful and easy. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices. Staff was exceptionally friendly and kind.

    For such a low price, it’s simply wonderful. A nice room with everything you might need: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, soap, an iron, a hairdryer, and extra blankets. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions, surrounded by bars and restaurants for every taste, and it has a large balcony.

    I have visited Ottawa many times in all seasons and love it. The centre is very walkable even in the depths of winter. There is a great feeling of energy. there are multiple restaurants and cafes , museums ,parks , flowers and rivers.

    I love Gatineau, it was my childhood home.

    I love Gatineau, it was my childhood home. It is very beautiful, however, with all the construction, long weekend traffic & Ironman rally detours unbeknownst to us tourists, plus a couple fender benders, traffic was horrific for getting around.

    Very nice location. Many shops and restaurants in area. Just off the 417 and over the bridge from where the Senators play. 20 minutes to downtown. Visited the Nordic Spa in Quebec. It was 30 minutes away and worth the trip. It's an outdoors relaxation area with 7 cold and warming pools, a salt water oasis and spa treatments.

    There is a lake and some hikes around, easily accessible from Gite le Tresor Cache B&B. It is a restful place where you can also just enjoy a glass of wine on a terrace and enjoy the natural surroundings.

    Ottawa is beautiful.

    Ottawa is beautiful. Busy and populated as the capital of Canada, with two major universities, yet quiet and serene at the same time. The Rideau Canal is beautiful to walk/cycle along and love the closeness to Gatineau and the Québec border.

    Gatineau has a long history as the entertainment centre for dull-after-dark Ottawa. Did not fail this tme as the Duvernay is near Gatineau centre- bars and restaurants, fabulous Canadian history museum, a pleasant walk across the river to centre of Ottawa, much more reasonable accommodation

    The hotel was close to the Canadian Tire Center which was where our concert was being held. It was clean and although the line up was very long upon checking in, the staff was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

    I'm referring to Old Chelsea, as Chelsea represents a bunch of little amalgamated communities. It's a cute little town full of B&Bs, bistros and shops. I went to the Nordik Spa, which is wonderful, and I'm sure to be back. I would like to go back in the summer, when certain landmarks and trails are more accessible.

    First time ever being in Ottawa.

    First time ever being in Ottawa. It was nice to visit, and lots of scenic areas by the river. Was disappointed at how inconsiderate new visitors to Canada are around Parliament. They let their kids climb all over statues, and hit them, kick them etc. That is NOT how you behave when you are a visitor to this country and city. I wish security would have done more. Lots of walking, and no carts selling water around, which is odd. Could have made a fortune selling drinks around the hill.

    Gatineau has so many things do!!

    Gatineau has so many things do!! From going to the museum of history to see all the exhibitions and activities they have there. Then enjoy outdoor activities at the Gatineau park doing cycling, hiking, walking looking to beautiful scenery views at the lake Pink!!. Then finish you journey a great restaurants ad bars. Highly recommended!!
