The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!
