i would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, modern rooms, a marina by the river gives you the opportunity to relax and swim on warm days. it is an ideal place to visit the canton of Neuchâtel and the surrounding towns. Fantastic hotel. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the lake and it was gorgeous The staff was very nice, and Benni always made us smile There was a fan you could use when it was warm. The hotel has a pizza restaurant which we recommend as well

Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The location, the staff, cleanliness, the arrangement of the premises - everything was perfect! We did not have breakfast there but cooked ourselves. The convenience store on the premises is also great to buy everything you need. They were super responsive and friendly to us. The natural pool/swimming area is so peaceful. The restaurant/bar in the evening was great - we had wine while kids played with many games on the tables. It is a real family place owned and managed by a family (I think - they looked like a family at least :) )

Exceptional experience. Pleasant hotel and restaurant right on the lake shore, stunning view and surroundings at reach of Schloss Oberhofen. Parking lot at the place. Small but super clean, cosy and calm apartment, really comfortable bed. Advantage - self check in (key boxes) till the late night, you may come and leave independently. Some initial difficulty immediately solved by nice stuff to our full satisfaction. When we come along in the future we will definitely book the same hotel again. Thank you very much, Sophia!
