Front desk and concierge were all awesome, as was restaurant and spa staff . they even put dog bowls and a little bed in the room for my pup! make sure to ask for a room with a balcony if you can 😍

Could be used in a movie The hotel should be one of the small leading hotels of the world. From lounge to kitchen to dining room and bedrooms, there were few things to fault. Any items you wanted from glass to pot to utensil to power lead to anything you could need. At 960m asl it pleasantly cool in midsummer and away from the stifling heat lower down in the Vaud. Transport links were excellent, except to France!

Location was a 10/10 for us! The hotel has coffee & snacks available at the lobby 24/7, giving us a chance to unwind and relax. The staff is friendly & present at the hotel at all hours, unlike other European hotels. We used the sauna & hamam facility, which was up to standard. The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic.
